또한 Slapp은 감정 기반 인공지능 ARII와의 대화를 통해 다양한 감정 반응을 경험할 수 있으며,
사용자가 자신만의 캐릭터를 생성하고 캐릭터와의 대화도 진행할 수 있습니다.
Slapp is a content browsing tool that curates media from subscribed YouTube channels
and other shared platforms into a unified feed.
Users can also engage in emotional conversations with the AI companion ARII and
create personalized characters for interactive chats.
Slapp은 무료로 제공되며, 로그인한 사용자의 Google 계정 정보(이메일, 이름)는 로컬 기기에만 저장됩니다.
서버에는 사용자를 식별할 수 없는 형태의 고유 식별자(UUID), 프로필 이미지 URL, 그리고 일자별 체류시간 로그만 저장되며, 다른 개인정보는 저장되지 않습니다.
앱 내 YouTube 콘텐츠는 YouTube API를 통해 제공되며, YouTube 이외의 콘텐츠는 외부 플랫폼의 URL 링크를 그대로 WebView를 통해 표시합니다.
Slapp은 제3자 플랫폼의 콘텐츠를 크롤링하거나 저장하지 않으며, 모든 콘텐츠 접근은 사용자의 자발적인 공유에 의합니다.
Slapp은 기본적으로 무료로 제공되지만, 캐릭터 대화 기능에서는 인앱결제가 포함됩니다.
사용자는 캐릭터를 새로 생성하거나 기존 캐릭터를 수정할 때 인앱결제를 통해 기능을 확장할 수 있습니다.
Slapp is provided free of charge. Google account data (email, name) is stored only on the user's local device.
On the server, only a non-identifiable unique key (UUID), the profile image URL, and daily usage time logs are stored.
No other personal information is stored.
YouTube content in the app is provided via the YouTube API.
Content from other platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.) is displayed strictly through WebView using their original URL links.
Slapp does not crawl or store third-party content; all content access depends on the user’s voluntary sharing.
While Slapp is free to use, in-app purchases are required for certain features within the Character Chat function.
Users can create or edit characters through additional payments.
ARII는 Slapp 내에서 작동하는 인공지능 파트너로, 사용자와의 대화를 통해 감정 반응 및 MBTI 기반 성향 피드백을 제공합니다.
사용자와의 대화 내용은 서버에 저장되지 않으며, ARII는 서버에 UUID, 앱 사용시간, MBTI 추론 결과만을 전송합니다. 이는 기능 개선 및 경험 향상에만 사용됩니다.
ARII는 OpenAI 및 Google Gemini API 기반으로 동작합니다. 모든 응답은 AI 언어 모델에 의해 생성되며, 실시간 맥락과 사용자 반응을 바탕으로 구성됩니다.
ARII is an in-app AI companion that responds with emotional feedback and MBTI-based trait analysis.
No conversation logs are stored on the server; only UUIDs, usage durations, emotional tags, and MBTI traits are transmitted to improve the service.
ARII is powered by OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs, generating responses based on real-time user interaction and context.
Slapp은 YouTube 또는 Google API, OpenAI API, Google Gemini API의 변경 및 장애, 플랫폼 정책 변경, 사용자 디바이스 환경에 따른 문제에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
Slapp은 외부 콘텐츠를 다운로드, 재가공, 편집 등으로 직접 제공하지 않으며, 모든 외부 콘텐츠는 사용자가 공유한 URL 링크 및 각 플랫폼·웹사이트·브라우저의 공유 기능을 통해서만 Slapp에 공유됩니다.
공유된 콘텐츠는 URL 형태로 WebView에 표시되며, Slapp은 이를 가공하거나 저장할 수 없고, 해당 콘텐츠의 모든 권리와 저작권은 원 플랫폼 및 콘텐츠 저작자에게 귀속됩니다.
따라서 외부 콘텐츠 공유는 전적으로 사용자의 자발적 행위에 의하며, 이에 대한 모든 법적 책임은 공유를 수행한 사용자에게 있습니다.
Slapp is not responsible for issues arising from changes or disruptions in YouTube/Google APIs, OpenAI APIs, or Google Gemini APIs, or device-specific issues.
Slapp does not download, reprocess, or edit third-party content. All external content is shared by users through URL links or official share functions of each platform or website. Shared content is displayed in WebView format without modification, and all rights belong to the original platforms and content creators.
Therefore, the responsibility for sharing external content lies solely with the users who perform such sharing.
사용자는 Slapp을 개인적인 비상업적 목적으로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으며,
YouTube, Google, OpenAI, Google Gemini 및 Slapp을 통해 공유되는 모든 외부 플랫폼과 웹사이트의
이용약관을 위반하는 방식으로 앱을 사용하는 것은 금지됩니다.
또한 사용자가 공유하는 모든 외부 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.
Users are free to use Slapp for non-commercial, personal purposes.
The app must not be used in ways that violate the terms of service of YouTube, Google, OpenAI,
Google Gemini, or any external platforms and websites shared through Slapp.
Users are solely responsible for any external content they choose to share.
Slapp의 일부 기능(예: 캐릭터 생성 또는 수정)은 인앱결제를 통해 제공됩니다.
모든 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 각 결제는 1회성 구매로 간주됩니다.
결제 후 기능 또는 포인트는 즉시 제공되며, **소비성 디지털 상품의 특성상 환불은 원칙적으로 불가**합니다.
또한 사용자가 직접 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제함으로 인해 보유한 포인트가 소멸된 경우에도 환불이 불가합니다.
Slapp은 인앱결제 구매화면에서 **포인트 충전은 구매 즉시 사용 처리되며 환불이 불가하다는 점에 대해 명확히 고지하고 동의를 받고 있습니다.**
Certain features within Slapp (e.g., character creation or editing) require in-app purchases.
All payments are processed via Google Play and are treated as one-time consumable purchases.
Once purchased, features or points are immediately delivered and **cannot be refunded due to their consumable digital nature.**
Additionally, if the user deletes app data or uninstalls the app, any remaining points will be lost and **are not eligible for refund**.
Slapp provides a clear notice and obtains user consent on the purchase screen that **points are used immediately upon purchase and cannot be refunded**.
본 약관은 앱 기능 또는 정책 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 내 또는 연결된 문서를 통해 공지됩니다.
These terms may be updated as app features or policies evolve.
Changes will be posted within the app or linked documents.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, Slapp 서비스와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁에 대해서는 서울중앙지방법원을 1심 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes arising in connection with Slapp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of Korea.
